Here Am I, Blog World.

This is my first time blogging, something I always said I would never do. I suppose it was inevitable, given that I was born into the computer age.  Here goes...

I am recently engaged, as of last Friday! Though I am still extremely excited, I already know why people always say that young couples are better off to elope or go quietly to the courthouse...in jest, of course. Or is it? (JK. But seriously) I am very much in love with my fiance, and cannot wait to be married to her. I'm sure I will be writing a lot in the coming months about preparations for the wedding and the ups and downs that come with it. Right now the biggest issue is finding a venue.

If someone out there (if anyone actually reads this) is wondering if this is all I'll write about, don't worry. I have lots of opinions and ideas about random things like faith, politics, sports, food, and life in general. More to come!
